I really love this facility they have a great group of people that goes far beyond your expectation and Dr Okpareke he has a great bedside manners and really explain to you what's going on him and the staff are great. I would definitely recommend them . 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This Is My Second Procedure With Dr. O. From The Front Desk Employees, To Every Nurse & Aid/Anesthesiologist, To Dr. O Himself, I Couldn't Have Had A More Pleasant Experience! They Are All So Gentle, Empathetic, Caring & Loving! I Was Extremely Nauseous & My Anxiety Was Shooting Through The Roof Because Of Being Put To Sleep.. They Gave Me Something For Nausea, Held My Shaking Hand & Had A Conversation About Other Things That Made Me Happy Until I Was Out! I Didn't Even Know They Had Finished The Procedure Because I Was In A Wheelchair & Back Fully Dressed, Honestly I Thought I Had Cut Up Too Bad That They Had To Let Me Off The Table 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️!! But They Are ABSOLUTELY Amazing!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Being a first time patient, from first encounter with front desk staff everyone was totally professional greeting with smiles., made it the more comfortable for me. Myself working for 40 years in the medical field in a managerial position. I completely have a low tolerance for unprofessionalism. This was a very awesome experience that I would highly recommend. Although I have 1 suggestion that staff in back Medical assistant should introduce themselves once patient is called back, I actually had to ask her name and position. This makes a patient feel comfortable with them. Not everyone who has an initial appointment may or may not be or feel anxious. However when you come across good professional people it’s a resurgence of feeling calm…Dr. O. was the first pain management provider who was completely compassionate listened and offered me an alternative to hopefully relieve my unfortunate pain I’ve been suffering for past 6 years with a total knee replacement that failed then a revision of same knee, which left me limited to only 2to 3 hours after that knee would swell only leaving my choice to get off of it which had me confined to my bed for the rest of the day, had to be assisted with leg lifting I couldn’t lift on my own. I look forward to this procedure to free me from the agony of my knee pain.

This was my best least painful visit ever.!! I had the same "coach " during the injection as the other facility. She's funny compassionate and helps you be as comfortable as possible. Love her and Dr "O".

I love the Douglasville office and staff. Always helpful and professional! Facility always clean! I miss the anesthesiologist that used to be there but the others are nice too. Dr O and his staff always provide good service. 10 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone.
