I went inside to get oil for my truck and when I first got in the store I was not greeted properly and had to wait for an associate to help me when the store was empty but the phone lines were busy but as soon as Tyriek saw that I’ve been wait for some time he immediately stopped what he was doing and made sure I was taken care of. He had patience with me because I didn’t know exactly what kind of oil was needed for my truck and then educated me on how to add the oil into my truck. “At first entering this establishment things were not being ran properly and one of the workers was being very rude to a customer. But by the time I was done I was extremely impressed with management. A young man by the name of Tyree came out and took absolute control. I know that alot of the restaurants are under staffed but he was able to empty out a waiting room of customers in 12 min. I was waiting 15 minutes to make an order. He also accommodated customers that were waiting along time for the wait. He always polite, courteous and efficient. He is some leader. This type of worker should be placed in a corporate position. With work ethic and pride that he has he is an asset to any establishment. This would of been a 5 star but because of my 1st impression I have to put a 4.”
