The price is reasonable, the new manager is super nice, and the community is tucked away off Hillsborough. I can’t hear and street noise, I have room to move around and best of all? No breezeway where I have to hear and smell all my neighbors. Love my apartment.”

“I’ve lived here with my dad since I was 3 1/2 years old and it’s actually a great environment. No, it’s not a rich people place by any means and it’s not the most attractive place, but it is an extremely safe neighborhood. I’ve been here 15 years and not once has anything been stolen, broken or vandalized by anyone. These other people leaving bad reviews are wrong about this place. Like I said, it’s not pretty by any means but there’s some great people in here and on my block we all take care of each other. Although, I do agree with the pothole comments. It’s ridiculous on some streets. Don’t drive any nice cars through here lol. You’ll regret it. Other than that, it’s really not bad. Looks can be deceiving but I promise it’s not bad. I grew up here. Everyone also keeps to themselves here. You’ll only be bothered if you’re doing the bothering. Cheers!”
