Guitar Center

Love this place. They are so patient and caring. My guitar teacher is awesome and so talented. Everyone in the store is knowledgeable and helpful. Going for my weekly lesson is the highlight of my day 😊💕

We live in Powder Springs but, visited my daughters church and needed a tuner called and they were open. They were ONLY 2 workers 1was cashiering while the other was looking up items on his cell for other customers. He showed us the item and rung us up went to get change and that was it. They were very nice and trying to be helpful while being overwhelmed.

I called about a Yamaha Bass Guitar we had acquired. I spent 2 hours looking up the serial number and anything I could find about this Guitar. I called Guitar Center and spoke with Caitlin, I vented my frustration and she offered her help. I sent her pictures of the guitar, she called me called shortly with the Model Number I had been searching Google for. I am in Customer Service and Caitlin Miller gave 1000% Customer Service to me. Friendly, understanding, and very willing to help.. I will continue to ONLY get my parts and strings from Guitar Center. Thank you very much!

I mean, if you don’t like Guitar Center, somethings musically wrong with you. Lol. The staff was absolutely helpful and I enjoyed my time there as if I were with friends. Found my product in no time. THANKS GUYS!

I got store credit for an unseen scratch on the corner of my new guitar after a day of purchase. Store are organized nicely. Great staffs.
