What’s great about Caliber Collision is the consistent repair quality and customer service. My first encounter was with my Cadillac a few years ago. CC was very prompt and professional in the way they handle my vehicle. More importantly, when they finished the work, it was absolutely pristine. This time Jessica took the helm and remained transparent all the way letting me know what to expect from CC and the insurance company repairing my vehicle. Then Levi took the helm inspecting my RAV4 thoroughly and talking clearly about the possibilities. He listens carefully and knows exactly what you want, need and expect. As I waited for my rental car other customers were talking about how CC-Fayetteville is the best and we all agreed we only do business there! When I add the prompt text updates from Levi to my satisfaction, I couldn’t ask for more. Other businesses can truly learn from the Caliber Collision business model. There’s no better service for auto body repair than Caliber Collision!

Caliber did an outstanding job on our vehicle. Only took about three days and our car was back like new. The staff was top shelf and Phillip V went over and beyond to make sure we understood the entire process. Very satisfied with every aspect of our car repair experience.
