I called Clay Plumbing Friday around the time they open. David, the gentleman I spoke with met my husband at our house that morning because they had a cancellation. He and another gentleman assessed the matter, gave us some ideas to mitigate things and did not charge us anything since no work was performed. Most businesses would have charged a fee just for showing up.

Had a valve leaking in my 🚿. 30+ years old. Billy was able to find a replacement and repaired/replaced unit. Did a great job. My wife even agreed (not a easy task).
