I have lived in this community for one year and nine months and leaving was/is bitter-sweet. I thoroughly appreciated the kind, understanding, caring, and attentive staff from ground-keepers, maintenance personnel, to the property manager, Amanda. I’ve never been disappointed with any experience whether it was my personal financial hardships or work order requests, AMANDA and Tiffany worked seamlessly with me to get things done and offer any assistance deemed necessary. Tiffany really made my move in seem simple and easy, like 1-2-3; I was shocked at how fast she pushed me through the move-in process. Relocating was/is challenging because this was simply the BEST part of my Fayetteville, GA living experience. Should I ever look to return to this area and need a place to go, this will be my FIRST choice and most definitely a place I would refer others to. This apartment living community felt most like home.

LOVE this complex. Amanda and Tiffany have great personalities, and are so sweet and helpful throughout the whole rental process. The place is well maintained, and the amenities are awesome. My partner and I even upgraded to a larger apartment, and Amanda and Tiffany made sure to take care of us and get us set up as best as possible. We really feel at home here, and I highly recommend looking into this place if you’re searching for a new place to call home.

I lived here for almost a year a few years ago and had absolutely no issues. My neighbor below me was awesome. Amanda and Tiffany were/are still amazing. The apartment was great and whenever I had an issue which was maybe once it was taken care of right away. I definitely miss living here!

This was our place of home for many years. The neighborhood is nice. It is a quiet area and I have always felt safe there. Current property managers there, Tiffany and Amanda, have been great. The staff has been efficient, responsive and very friendly! Very easy team to work with and they have always greeted us with a smile. It's a nice place to live.
