“My cousin & I visited Gocha's Fayetteville location for breakfast on 10/25/21 and service from beginning to end was great! We were promptly greeted & quickly seated. Our server, LAWRENCE was fantastic, professional, courteous and exceeded our expectations! He is truly a GEM! Loved my food (Shrimp n grits, biscuit, strawberry shortcake). My cousin loved hers as well (Grit bowl w/ chicken sausage, biscuit). Oh & the orange juice is freshly squeezed & so DELICIOUS! We'll be back to try other items on the menu!!”

“My daughter had her birthday here last weekend but we didn’t have a party. We came on a Sunday and was able to get three tables by the front windows without taking up seating from others. We got a game card, it’s reloadable. Make sure you pause it when eating or using the restroom. We ordered a pizza and it was delicious. Definitely tastes much better than years ago. She had a blast and came back today for my friends sons birthday who actually did book a party table. The party was really nice but it let me compare if I would have rather had a party or not and I’m glad that I went the route that I did. My two year old had a blast without paying for a party and that’s what matters! Also my friends party host was Ty and that young man did a very nice job! See if you can request him as your party host! He was attentive and in good spirits. Even tried to get the birthday boy in the dancing and singing spirit when Chuck E came out. I will be visiting very soon.”

“I've unfortunately had a lot of emergencies with one of my dogs since COVID started this year. It is really tough to wait in your car or at home for hours for someone to call and give you updates on your pet, but its the same situation everywhere right now and I don't fault the VCA for this. I think they are trying their best to keep up but I have been concerned once or twice about how urgently they are attending to my dog based on her condition. I've been told in the past that they will bypass the "line" in order to see/treat the very urgent cases asap but I worry that they can't always make that judgement without seeing/evaluating the pet first. Most of the staff is really nice, professional and accommodating. I have come across 2-3 techs that have been flat out rude to me on the phone, but thankfully this is not usually the case. When my dog was here for an extended stay, they let me come visit her (outside only) one day just to put my mind at ease. Usually if my dog has to spend the night I will get a picture texted to me before bed or in the morning with an update, which is greatly appreciated. Doesn't always happen right now since they are so busy though. The doctors seem very thorough in their work and I like that they usually present me with my options and let me choose what I'd like to do - ex. "we can run bloodwork and also do an ultrasound, but if the cost is too much I'd recommend starting with just the bloodwork and we'll go from there". Lately my dog has been seeing Dr. Cornetta who is very patient with me and my frantic, anxiety-ridden questions. I trust her expertise and appreciate that she's trying her best to keep me calm throughout a pretty scary diagnosis/treatment plan with my dog!”
