“My dad has lived in this area of Fayetteville since 1998. This gas station has been here for awhile. I just recently started actually going here in the last 2 years. I don’t know why I haven’t been going here. Yes it may be just a gas station to some but they don’t even know they are becoming like family to me. They consistently deliver acts of kindness, knowledge, and good conversation. They are so respectful. I literally avoided chevrons because of the history of most of them withholding mean employees. “I have been going here since 2002 and I see all these negative reviews on here, but I want to let people know that this is one of the only doctors office where you see the same people every time you come in. The only new staff is either due to them being hired for extra help or front office but I have never been to an office and seen the same people for so many years so that to me shows how he treats his employees. If you don't know Dr. Lazarus he can seem intimidating but he also deals with a lot of people seeking narcotics and has to make sure they are there for correct reasons. Dr. Wallace is awesome and always makes you feel comfortable while speaking with you. Whenever u go to office for appointments it is a long wait because there are so many people there to see them but they spend time with each patient as long as needed never feel rushed when it's your turn”

“I love this school!! Being a first time mom, I was nervous leaving my son (at the time 8 months) with people who I was unsure of. Those people turned into family! The staff was warm and welcoming! If I ever had a concern "first time mom jitters", the staff was always open for conversation, they were real and very transparent which I loved! I also love the daily reports with pictures that they send throughout the day! They are VERY attentive and has an amazing curriculum as well. At my child 12 month appt, his doctor was amazed that his development stage was of an 18 month old!! Thank you for everything you all do for Niko, I can't imagine taking him anywhere. I definitely recommend!”
