My father in law backed into my car so I wanted a place that was certified to fix Mercedes cars. Tristian my service advisor was helpful and any concerns, comments, or suggestions of mine. He took into consideration. When I picked up my car I did have some concerns and they were addressed almost immediately. I feel the customer service was great. I enjoyed going there and if my car needed future body work I would take it to ECR.

CONS:
They did miss somethings I addressed. But they fixed them immediately and they did it with enthusiasm and reassurance which was helpful for a woman such as myself.

Absolutely the best place to take your car !! Took my Infiniti Q50 to have it repaired and I was blown away by how the car look good as new !!! They made it easy from the time I dropped my car off and picked it up . I wouldn’t take any of my cars anywhere else !!
