Patrick is awesome! I was so nervous joining cardio kickbeats for the first time. I went, and I WAS HOOKED. He makes it so fun! Highly recommend his classes!

Mr. Patrick is a fantastic teacher and works well from child to adult learners. Both my sons and I take classes with him in a family class. It’s great to have an activity the whole family can participate in.
