Ratna Spas & Patio

We had an A+++ experience with Ratna and Greg; I've referred them once already and I will continue to refer them.

I almost bought a hot tub from a discount outlet in TN, but I did more research and learned you want to buy from a local dealer who is invested in customer service because they will care about you beyond the sale.
I looked for a local dealer and what sold me on Ratna and Greg were the great reviews they had on Google.

From the time I met Ratna and Greg they were so throrough. It was clear that they are committed to quality and they care about the customers getting a quality hot tub. We had some issues with supply chain that delayed the hot tub, and I hired the wrong electrician which created complications but Greg and Ratna visited us multiple times and ensured that we got our hot tub set up properly.

I recommend you use the electrician Ratna and Greg recommend. I recommend you get one of their larger hot tubs; it is worth it. I also recommend you get the bluetooth system which we absolutely love. Ratna and Greg, if you read this, feel free to give my number to anyone who wants to talk to a satisfied buyer about their experience with you.

Wonderful, upfront, honest service! (And delivery!) Lovely spa. Deepest spa I could find & I did lots of research. Greg & Ratna couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. They always seemed glad to see me, even! Highly recommend! If you want a spa for this summer, get over there now! You may already be on the late side. Apparently lots of supply chain issues. I owned a spa years ago and loved it. My body decided it was time for another one. I found Ratna Spa and Patio online. They were close so I stopped by. The showroom was full of different choices. I had a few questions and Greg and Ratna had quick answers. They made it easy to choose the spa best for me. Delivery and set up took minutes. They really make sure everything is perfect. Thank You!

If possible, we'd give 6 out of 5 stars for the exemplary customer service by the owners, Greg and Ratna. Their attention to detail and strong focus on ensuring that the we were happy with the hot tub was amazing! The location of our hot tub made installation very challenging but Greg and Ratna were very patient and came personally several times to ensure that every issue was resolved in a timely manner and that we were satisfied.

We researched for over 3 months in the PTC and Atlanta region and reviewed many hot tub brands before finalizing with Cal Spa at Ratna Spas and Patio. Compared to many other brands, Cal Spas definitely has a lot more to offer with their salt-water tub including having three pumps, excellent ergonomics, low maintenance, 5-year warranty and a great hot tub experience.

Above all, our decision to work with Greg and Ratna was based on the confidence that we will receive great customer service. We are so glad that we made the right decision and it worked out awesome!
