Lake McIntosh Park

So relaxing. Fishing wasn't that great today but it's still too hot.

Nice lake and park, though most of the lake shore is dominated by a golf course and housing. No wildlife, but good fishing.

Gorgeous but small-ish park on really nice reservoir lake. Nice but short walking trail.

Great place to go. If you are not from Fayette county you have to pay $5 to entry. You just have to put a money inside the envelope and drop it in the box and put a slip at you dashboard so the staff can see when they are checking the parking ticket. You can take your boat or kayak , discover and enjoy the lake. There is also a separate ramp for the kayak to launch at lake . The guys with disabilities also launch the kayak from there. Great. You can go there with your family and have a picnic or just for walking is the great and peach place. They also have a ramp for fishing. So no one can disturb them. Lake is beautiful. Parking lot is big. Main things is restroom 🚻 is clean and hygiene. All toiletries like soap and hand sanitizer is available. Just don’t read my comments go and enjoy.
