(May 13, 2023, 7:50 am)Our first visit to Pike, I was immediately greeted by Cathy and asked if she could help with anything. I explained the problem I was having with the flower bed on my front lawn that gets full sun, showed her some pictures and she took it from there. She showed us several options for plants and shrubs and even laid out how to plant them, picked out the plants for us, recommended and picked the fertilizer and soil and loaded the cart up for us. She spent ample time with us and explained how to care for everything in great detail. Cathy is extremely knowledgeable friendly helpful and patient. She deserves 10 stars ⭐️!! Update 4/2023 we got flowers on the shrubs just as she said we would. Looking forward to seeing these grow.
(March 19, 2023, 2:41 pm)I wish Pikes Nurseries could offer customer service training to other businesses in the area. They are proactive to greet customers and offer assistance as soon as you walk in the front door. They are patient and knowledgeable answering questions. Inventory is always well kept and organized. They even offer to help you carry items to your car. Always friendly and professional. I highly recommend a visit for your landscape and gardening needs.
