He answered ALL my many questions and was communicative throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what to expect on the day the new roof was to be installed. The crew arrived promptly at the time I was told they would arrive and got to work immediately. There were several times I made impromptu "check-ins" on the work and everyone on the crew was always working, and they were working hard! Not only was the crew hard working, they were also very courteous and respectful of our property. I can honestly say they left our property in better condition than when they arrived. Throughout the whole process, Brad was constantly in touch with me. I was always informed and there were never any surprises. It takes a lot to impress me, but Chastain Roofing did just that. They got me scheduled quickly, installed the roof in one day, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I am incredibly happy with our new roof and gutters.
