The carpet was special order and was going to take 2 months to arrive but actually came in a month earlier than expected which was great. “This place is kind of off the beaten path and you'll feel out of place pulling in, and the store front kind of gives you the same feeling. However, they're simply great! I've been eyeballing Mystery Ranch backpacks for some time now and could find what I wanted locally. However these guys came up on the MR website. So I had a little time today and made the drive. Ryan, was in the office when I walked in, immediately hopped up to great me, apologized for the store looked and that they were swapping seasons. He asked what I was looking for and started grabbing bags for me. They had the bag I thought I wanted but in a different color, no big deal. Why? He showed me a better bag I didn't know existed, and for a better price point. He let me try it on, asked what I wanted to do with it, made sure it fit, answered all my questions. It was really excellent customer service. Truly. When I asked it the bag took hydration bladders, sure they do. Here's how you route them. He offered to sell me one, I asked if the one I had would work he said yes and left it alone. No pushing, legitimately only wanting to help me. The thing that really got me; was how much he seemed to care I was there and actually wanted to help me find the right pack. He gave he his undivided attention, and didn't push anything on me. How many times have you been to a store and all they want to do is push their credit card, or membership? None of that. This place is awesome, it's worth the trip.”

“I hired iTrust to install a Tesla Wall Charger. iTrust was the least expensive compared to 4 other companies. Two companies were twice as much as iTrust. But the best part was the quick response, willingness to work with my schedule, expert installation, spotless completion, and installation the way I wanted it done (with no unsightly wires or conduit showing). iTrust was up front with the cost, their process, and how they expected the install to look (based on many other installs of the same product), but ultimately worked hard to satisfy my preference. They even provided tips on available discounts, energy consumption expectations, and more. Will definitely hire them again for any electrical need.”

“My daughter is a competition cheerleader at Lambert High School, and we have used Balfour in the past for state rings, that have always turned out beautifully. I have also ordered a replacement state ring and it turned out perfect! This season we purchased all of our Letterman jackets from Balfour. They turned out amazing! The jackets are a very high quality, and the Balfour staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They thought of all the little details and had the jackets completed before the due date. We have wanted to update our 20 year old builder-grade hollow / foam core interior doors for some time, but just could not find a company we felt comfortable with and/or felt that they were qualified. Daniel came to our home three times throughout the process and took the time to listen to our needs and helped us come with a plan within our budget. He was also helpful in helping us selecting the design and helping us understand differences in the types of replacement doors. The process was very easy we were very impressed with the technology used to measure all of our 39 interior doors, the doors got delivered and installed perfectly. Our new doors are a major upgrade and improvement and we could not be happier with the end result. I have to compliment the office staff (Robin) for keeping us updated on the process as well as the installation crew (Mitch & Ernie), these guys were super professional and did an amazing job. “If you are looking for the absolute best wedding cake of your life, It's a Sweet Life bakery is a MUST. We met with Amanda to do a tasting and instantly knew we had found the right place. The flavor combinations were so delicious that we went with 4 different flavor combinations (1 for each tier of the cake). Lastly, we had discussed with Amanda that we didn't want a boring white cake and she absolutely blew us away with the detail on the cake. She did individual flowers with icing the whole way up the cake and they perfectly matched our floral wedding theme. I cried when I saw it delivered into the venue. All of our guests raved about the cake all night long and I would recommend them to anyone looking!”
