Daniel came to our home three times throughout the process and took the time to listen to our needs and helped us come with a plan within our budget. He was also helpful in helping us selecting the design and helping us understand differences in the types of replacement doors. The process was very easy we were very impressed with the technology used to measure all of our 39 interior doors, the doors got delivered and installed perfectly. Our new doors are a major upgrade and improvement and we could not be happier with the end result. I have to compliment the office staff (Robin) for keeping us updated on the process as well as the installation crew (Mitch & Ernie), these guys were super professional and did an amazing job. Hire some people or send some people from corporate to work in the stores. The employees that work there are wonderful and it's not their fault... Hire some checkers and pay them a little more. They are extremely knowledgeable and designed a new layout for my kitchen based on what we asked for that is much more functional and aesthetically pleasing than what we had before. They also knocked down a wall in our laundry room to make it into a mud room. Everyone we’ve met there has been great and easy to work with. Kitchen renovations are not a walk in the park that’s for sure, but platinum kitchens has made it about as easy and as painless as possible. The whole project from demo to finish took 6 and a half weeks which is amazingly fast these days. Thanks again for my beautiful new kitchen! We absolutely love it!”
