I had a great time at this particular public storage. Miss Vicky made the rental go by as smoothly as possible with her highly efficient service. The storage room itself was kept and clean. Entry is super easy and the location is very convenient. Overall, great.

My experience with Mrs. Vivvie was great. It was my first time renting a storage unit and she really helped the process go smoothly. She even walked down the my unit to see if everything was okay.

I called public storage to get some general information about a storage unit as I am moving to GA from CA! All I can say is WOW! The customer service that was provided over the phone by Ms. Bernadette was phenomenal. Her friendly tone set the call off right and her knowledge was a plus! If this is what southern hospitality is like in GA, I can not wait to get there! Needless to say I will be stopping in Public Storage next month to purchase a unit thanks to Ms. Bernadette’s warm welcome!
