(December 26, 2020, 12:43 pm)I would like to recognize employee Nicole. For 3 days I asked to switch rooms due to loud running water and noisy tenant upstairs. When I asked Nicole on the 3rd day, she promptly took acton action and moved me. In which made my stay 100% better. Thank you Nicole 😁
