PruittPlace – Sandy Springs

We are in the assessment stage with my Mom at this point and hopefully will move my mother in shortly to Dogwood.
Everyone at Dogwood have been incredibly helpful.
The staff seem to be very caring and this is why we are choosing Dogwood over other assisted living facilities.

Were looking for an assisted living facility closer to her son and found Dogwood Forest. Beautiful, serene interior, much like an apartment complex or a hotel. All of the people were wonderful. Were delighted to discover it is a faith-based facility. The food was terrific. And then finding a room that was big enough with a beautiful view, close to elevators and dining room...well, that sealed the deal. We're moving in and the whole family is very happy.

Our Mother was in Respite Care at Dogwood Forest following surgery after a fall. My sisters and I were pleased with the care Mom received at this small and caring facility. In our experience , our Mother was able to recover quicker with the personal care she received. We would like to thank all staff for making Mom’s experience positive. In Mom’s own words “its just so warm and cozy here.” Mom has now returned to independent living.

My Dad has been a resident of the Dogwood Forest of Dunwoody for 3 years. The facility is a nice size with a lovely garden. The staff is caring and treat the residents like their own family. There was major turnover in staff last year and now have a steady group of dedicated employees.
