Alice was amazing she has such a great personality and is very sweet and I really really appreciate that she didn’t keep pushing too hard when she was trying to upsell (I know it’s part of the job and she did try but she was really nice when I declined) I definitely want to be back she knows customer service and I’m so happy with my nails

I went to get manicure/pedicure with my eyebrows wax & neating plucked. 1st, I would luv 2 give praised to Ms. Kym. She were awesome. She did my pedi. This is the reason why I didn't give it a 5. 1st, the other stylist make sure that your work is immaculate. I received an SNS, & when she were putting it on she didn't cleaned it up or the excess from around my finger & under my nails. And what's even worse, u ask me to put my fingers in hot water & hot wax. If u can't put your fingers in it, then it might be too hot. That's just common sense. And as for my eyebrows, I always get my eyebrows wax & plucked for neat & penciled in. The 1st thing she ask about me getting tattoo eyebrows. I am a modern, but tattoo is not one of them. If u can't do what I ask, ask one of your co-stylist that can. Customer service is a plus for me. They need to take lead from the experienced nail stylist. Ms. KYM IS A PLUS!!!

I love going into INails and get my pedicure done by Tina who is Really Good she makes my day by going to work on my feet and making them look Beautiful.

I have been coming to this salon for years and it has always been a top notch experience!

Lots of great massage chairs, and I like getting my manicure and pedicure done simultaneously.

Efficient, good sanitary protocols and shield protection in place, and courteous folks.

I would definitely recommend iNails to friends!
