I had a broken hinge in my reading glasses and desperately needed them fixed. I called The Eye Gallery. Chris answered and told me to bring them on in and they could fix. When I arrived, Tom greeted me warmly and said he would fix them right away. Not only did he fix the hinge in less than 10 minutes, but also made sure the other hinge was tightened before I left, all with no charge. Phenomenal service. Will definitely come back.
I've had great experiences with The Eye Gallery! Scheduling appointments is always easy, they always get the billing with my insurance right, and they have an excellent selection. In particular, Chris did an amazing job helping me pick just the right frames for my face. He has a true gift for that! I was impressed by how quickly they had my lenses made and back to me. My wife recently decided to get contacts, and they did a great job helping her with those, too! I really appreciate all of their help.
My wife and I have been going to The Eye Gallery for years and have been assisted each time by Chris Economy. Chris and his staff are helpful and assists us both with glasses and contacts while helping us navigate insurance and providing us with outstanding customer service. The optometrist is friendly and very knowledgeable, taking time with each appointment ever after the numerous "better 1 or 2" with me being blind as a bat. I would highly recommend paying them a visit and trusting them with the care of not only yourself but others as well.
I had a wonderful experience at the Eye Gallery! It had been a while since I had my eyes examined, and they were extremely professional and easy-going. Outside of the exam, I mostly dealt with Chris Economy, the manager. He helped me through ordering new contacts, and was so amazing a week later when I decided to go with a different prescription. Through everything, Mr. Economy and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I am so excited to go back and get some new glasses!
My experience at this Eye Gallery was exceptional. The staff was professional and super friendly. Particularly, Chris Economy. He greeted us with from the get-go with a smile, was knowledgable, and went above and beyond to make my appointment excellent. I have NO idea what the lady below (Dana whatever) is talking about.... Anyone who can get through reading the grammatical mess that is her post can tell that her son has an admitted habit of breaking his stuff and she's just looking for free comps. How embarrassing! Instead of tearing down hard working individuals from a wonderful facility, maybe she should channel her rage to figure out a WHY her son is incapable of keeping his lenses intact...... Just a thought.
