  Claire is wonderful! She helped me a lot with my lower back pain. I have also realized that I injured myself at a Pilates studio that does not emphasize classical Pilates. I am going to start doing Pilates at stability again to complement PT for my back pain. Classical Pilates may be more expensive, but it is so important to do it correctly to get the best results, and very importantly to not accidentally injure yourself.

  Best physical therapy in ATL! Great sports rehab especially for runners with Megan. Not to mention the top of the line Pilates classes both on and off the reformer! Honestly one of my favorite places in the studio.

  Stability has been a lifesaver in my life for almost a decade! I have used them for Pilates, physical therapy, dry needling and massage therapy. The staff is A+ and would do anything to help their clients feel their best inside and out! Highly recommended!!

  I absolutely love Stability. The location, the staff, the entire thing. I was new to Pilates and couldn’t have been happier with the time taken to make me feel comfortable. They got to know me and my history and took it at my speed. I can’t recommend this place enough.

  the team here is superb. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and understands how to troubleshoot and remedy issues well beyond the obvious. Not a typical physical therapy practice - one on one with a lot of listening.
  
  After my therapy, I graduated to their classes for maintenance. Katie pays close attention to details and it shows.
