They quickly adjusted our scheduling needs, as our needs grew. Natalie Grimes has been an absolute gem, and was my main point of contact. “It was our first time trying this boarding facility and I do not regret it one bit. While on vacation, they called to update us about our fur babies. Each day, they provided an electronic report card that gave details of how they were settling in. During free time, they sent the most adorable pictures of them enjoying their stay. My littlest dog is a little shy around other dogs and I enjoyed knowing that staff didn’t force her to be around other dogs after noticing she might be uncomfortable. They just allowed her and her brother to enjoy free time alone. You’ll know your fur baby enjoyed their time when they’re not dashing out the door to leave. Knowledgeable and friendly staff (not to mention, they offered us a quick tour of what their room would look like)”
