“It seems rather organized. You stop at the gate; they tell you what door you will be dropping trailer and go back out gate and park behind guard shack or up on hill. Until your trailer is loaded and ready to be picked up. They do require a mask at the shack. I believe the people at the guard shack could be a little nicer. Also, I think they could also use texting as a way to let you know when the trailer is ready instead of having someone yell at you.”

If they don’t answer just shoot them a text and for sure they will respond right away. They do random checks on the units. One time my lock was not properly out on I had some issues with it before I left. I received a call it was locked and they immediately replaced it temporarily until I was able to come out another on my storage unit. I appreciate that!
