Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Allison and this business as a whole! She is incredibly knowledgeable and a very nice person. Her pt program gets results, from the stretches and exercises she recommends to the dry needling and amazing mini-massages.
As a chef I have a ton of occupationally induced soreness in my neck, shoulders and knees. Regular massages and lots of yoga were doing nothing for me. I was afraid I’d have to give up cooking, but with her help and guidance I’ve added years back on to my career.

The amazing physical therapists doctors at Precision Performance have reduced my every day pain in my neck, back, and knees. Their care and concern have helped me to stay pain-free enough to continue exercising and keeping myself fit with pilates, swimming and walking. Their dry-needling, cupping, and massage techniques have really helped the extraordinarily tight and painful muscles. They also are so knowledgeable about suggesting exercises that strengthen the weaker muscles which
