“I am beyond grateful to Medside for the quality care they provide for my Mother after being discharged from the hospital. The schedulers are awesome and friendly and even call on weekends to arrange services for the coming week. From day one they have been communicative, professional and reliable. Every person assigned to provide services for my Mother (nurse, physical/occupational therapist, home health aid) have been empathetic, kind, patient and willing to listen to my concerns and provide guidance to help me help my Mother in between visits. Without a doubt this is by far the BEST care she has received post hospitalization. If you or a loved one need care after hospitalization and the service of Medside is on the list of providers have the social worker make the arrangements for you. I promise you will not regret it.
