I am working for Medside Healthcare 13 years as a Personal Care Assistant. Medside highly values client care, friendly and professional stuff. Management caring for their employees. I would like highly recommend Medside as a place to work.

Updated from 1 star to 4 star because we finally weeded through the aides that either don't like to come room work or like to give attitude and disrespect to the female in the family, and got a great aide now.

Please make sure to hold onto Victoria for my mother in law's care and give her a raise, she's the best aide. Only one that comes to work and is friendly and respectful to all of us and follows directions without needing to be told multiple times and without attitude.

Would be 5 star if Medside was more proactive about checking each week whether the aides have time off needed for appointments and whatnot the following week, and scheduled someone else in their place accordingly, and makes sure the replacement is told the patient is bedridden.

I am beyond grateful to Medside for the quality care they provide for my Mother after being discharged from the hospital. The schedulers are awesome and friendly and even call on weekends to arrange services for the coming week. From day one they have been communicative, professional and reliable. Every person assigned to provide services for my Mother (nurse, physical/occupational therapist, home health aid) have been empathetic, kind, patient and willing to listen to my concerns and provide guidance to help me help my Mother in between visits. Without a doubt this is by far the BEST care she has received post hospitalization. If you or a loved one need care after hospitalization and the service of Medside is on the list of providers have the social worker make the arrangements for you. I promise you will not regret it. Very PLEASED with this organization.
