She protected me VERY WELL. Our values aligned--- there MUST BE peace even in the midst of the chaos. Keola was reliable and organized. She answered emails, texts and phones calls in a timely manner. She never left me hanging. If she couldn't talk when I needed her, she'd let me know when she would be available and she followed up when she said she would. I'm sure I tried her patience but she did not show irritability when I would ask her the same thing more than once or twice or thrice. That goes a long way. When I became discouraged or negative, she would gently steer me FORWARD with her kind words, gentle manner and humor. Keola never missed a beat. She always had a Plan B in place to move the process forward. She was determined that she would have a happy client no matter what...... And she delivered!!! It's amazing that I never actually saw Keola until the day of closing but she had worked so closely with me that I FELT LIKE I had seen her everyday. “This place was great. They start up at 5 in the morning. They have a number for you to call on the sign to check on and then you go in the gate and checking in at the office. There is room to back if trucks aren't in front of the docks. There is a little overnight parking but you have to get there early because it fills up fast. I had a drop and hook but it seems like they were loading fast. My appointment was at 8am and I left by 7am.”
