Barbara, the office manager is awesome. The storage yard itself isn't the prettiest but it is adequate as is the security provided. I have been very happy with Big Anchor so far. Update: Barbara retired. Also, be aware that if you move our of a space mid-month, even with weeks of prior notice, they do not issue a pro-rated refund. If you plan to leave before the end of a month, do not pay for the entire month in advance. You won't get anything back.”
