Conard, the Service Manager and the whole staff is Amazing! I had a crack in my radiator, found out yesterday, they were able to get a part after I called at 2pm today and I had my car back by 5pm. I cannot thank y’all enough for your kindness. It was affordable, quick and the experience and service shown at this place blows me away! I will always return again and again to Express for my oil changes. Not only is service great, value good for the services offered, and efficient productivity at high and low peak times. What you may not know is exceptionally great is the attention to detail. My car indicated it was time for an oil change, but when we checked onsite, I had additional mileage to go. Instead of just changing and charging, my levels were thoroughly checked and shared with me, and we determined I could go longer before a change. When I mentioned an upcoming trip, the provider helped me estimate mileage so I wouldn't run over or go too long, either. I don't believe I have been to other service bays that had this much communication and good customer experience to make the best option for the customer, not just making money off the service. I appreciate that and will continue to return because of this extra customer care. The team at Express should be commended. I will go out of my way to come here first bc you can trust a good business. Thank you.

I've been here 4-5 times in the past 3 or so months for various minor issues on my aging Honda. Every single time i'm treated like a friend. Their prices are fair, they suggest what you need and only that, and they keep their space clean. If you need anything from tires to major engine work, give them a call and see if they can handle it. If they can, you wont be disappointed. Raf got me taken care of most recently and further helped make sure i'll be a lifelong customer.
