“They're great, sometimes they don't have certain things only because they haven't put inventory out yet. ***Most of the people complaining are your typical problem customers, nothing makes them happy no matter what you do.*** If you don't speak loud enough, they may mistake what you said for something else, your talking to them through plexiglass after all.. A helpful tip, make sure the price labels are facing the cashier so they don't have to guess the prices. I've been coming here almost every day since 2018 and have yet to be charged extra for no reason like others have stated.”

“So glad I found this shop. My brake control was not working and the dealer would take days just to diagnose. James told me what the issue was within 5 minutes and how to handle it. Installed an after market system which I came to find out was much better than the factory one which tends to go bad quickly. He bypassed the existing wiring and job was very professional and done the same day. Highly recommended!”

“The owner is the master mechanic here. Below him is another master mechanic and an apprentice mechanic. I believe the owners wife works there as well. The languages spoken here include; English, Korean, and Spanish. For basic service, such as an oil change the service is fast, cheaper than the competitor, and detailed (unlike other places leaving oil stained finger prints and just being rude). I have my oil service done here. There was once a time when I went to another oil service only to get pestered with needless fees and annoying sales pitches. I will never go anywhere else again. I had my car fixed here several times. They can fix anything and if they can't they will still find ways to help! This place will not rip you off. Like others have said, "It is very hard to find a honest mechanic these days." The culture here represents honesty. It is a very easy going environment. It is a great small business, trust me!”
