Yolanda the new billing advisor is a transformative asset to this practice. Patient, attentive, respectful, and KNOWLEDGABLE. Originally, I had a dispute with the bill I was charged after a online consultation with Dr. Clement. It was extremely upsetting to have been told one thing and sent a bill of 3x the amount a couple of months down the line. After a conversation with Yolanda, the office was able to rectify the miscommunication. While I may not seek their services in the future, Dr. Clement does have a keen eye for diagnosing and restoring health in his patients. Overall, satisfied with the outcome of my business with this Clinic.

From start to finish this medical office get a 5 stars!! The doctor was thorough and the staff was efficient with emailing me all the info I needed after the visit, my meds were at the pharmacy ready for pick up rather quickly. I will definitely be using them for all my medical needs!!

As of now I don’t have a regular clinic where I go and have checkups done because I never thought I would need one. After visiting this clinic my opinion has totally changed. All the nurses and the doctor that I had when I went there were in my opinion terrific. When it came to listening to my concerns they were all on top of their game. If you work at the clinic and read my comments I just want to say thank you and I appreciate you all a lot.
