“Yolanda the new billing advisor is a transformative asset to this practice. Patient, attentive, respectful, and KNOWLEDGABLE. Originally, I had a dispute with the bill I was charged after a online consultation with Dr. Clement. It was extremely upsetting to have been told one thing and sent a bill of 3x the amount a couple of months down the line. After a conversation with Yolanda, the office was able to rectify the miscommunication.
