When I decided I wanted to have surgery I went to two other well respected surgeons, however I found they were more interested in changing my entire look which would have appeared anything but natural. The recommendations and procedures were not invasive but brought back a more youthful/natural look. The entire staff will make themselves available for questions and will explain your care. “So many good things to say about Coach Daniel :) I’m one of those people who won’t workout unless I have someone motivating me the whole time & usually personal trainers are so expensive so it’s not really an affordable option. At Daniel’s Personal Training, there are group rates that are budget friendly plus everyone I’ve worked out with in the groups so far have been great & make working out a lot more fun & motivating. Don’t be intimidated, I’ve worked out with people of all ages & training levels in the groups. I think Coach usually tries to pair groups of similar training levels. Don’t worry if you have zero gym experience! Workouts are different every session. The gym has a bunch of different machines that we rotate between. You can tell Coach what areas you’d like to focus on if any, & he will adjust exercises accordingly. If you’re looking to slim down or just kickstart your healthy diet, ask Coach Daniel about his meal plan recommendations. I got on his recommended meal plan for 10 days in addition to working out with him & saw the fat just come off...the hard part is getting myself to the gym to workout with him but once I make myself go, no regrets. I leave feeling so great about my workout & healthy & accomplished. Thank you Coach!!!”

From just talking to Dr. Patel for my first consultation and never meeting him until my actual surgery day.Just by talking to him he made me feel comfortable that I’m I was making the right decision not just making the right decision but also making the right the decision by choosing him as my doctor. He seemed like he cared and always answered my questions and explained everything well.
