Woodforest National Bank

Nicky Cherfrere is definitely the person to go to for your banking needs!!! I thought she was a Manager she was so knowledgeable. She took her time to assist me. She was very charming as well. so happy to have been help by her today!!!

I highly recommend coming to this bank Brandon was Amazing he has great customer service skills and he was very helpful.

I recently was in Walmart and spoke to a young woman named Mariam ( Or Miriam? Sorry if I'm spelling it wrong!)

She was incredibly professional and polite (and funny)! She let me know about the advantages of joining this particular bank as opposed to some of the others available in the area. Honestly if not for her and the info she gave me, I probably would've passed this bank a million times and never stopped to join. 5 stars for this location and major judos to Mariam!! So far it's been a great experience with them!

My personal experience with this branch and Mariam Mirzoyan are the reasons I tell my friends to consider switching to Woodforest or adding a new account all together. She is a blessing to the staff and the customers. Keep up the great work!

All of my experiences with this location have been good. I guess my only complaint is why it takes 7 days to clear a check. Yes it was out of state but I’ve deposited other out of state checks and never had to wait more than 3 days. It’s very inconvenient when I needed the money to pay a bill and couldn’t get it out in time.
