I drive a Ram 1500 that is under factory warranty. My brakes started locking so I took the truck to a Chrysler dealership. Initially, they had my truck for a couple of days and changed the front calipers. I got my truck back and had the same problem a few days later. I took the truck back in, and this time they kept it for a couple of weeks. They replaced the prake pump sensor, and told me that is the only other problem it could be. A few days later, I had to take it back again! The 3rd time they kept the truck for 2 months and replaced the ABS control module. After getting the truck back, I saw the same problem again! I know the mechanic Huso at Goodyear, so I thought I'd let him take a look. He figured out the problem in about 1 minute, and fixed it the same day. It turned out to be the master cylinder. It blows my mind that the chrysler shop couldn't get it right in 3 tries and over 2 and a half months, and he figured it out in a minute. My brakes have been working great since, so I would highly recommend this place, at least as long as Huso is working there!
Phenomenal customer service! There was a closer Goodyear but I chose to come to this location just from the level of excellent customer service that Ally provided on the phone. She was extremely patient and informative. When I got there they were very reasonable with the price and letting me know the pertinent information and not trying to upsell me nonstop. Overall I would highly recommend coming here. Definitely a 10 out of 10!
I started using this location when they first opened
I moved out of Grayson but still use them when I am in the area. I have always found them to be honest which is always a concern as a female. I have been "fit in" with tire repair and other issues over the years and was pleased with the time I had to wait. My SIL has used them for years for his all repairs on his trucks which is saying a lot.
