Awesome service he’s fast and reliable.Mr.Kim was very helpful, honest, very informative and professional ..I am grateful for his hard work and service to our community I will and have been back for service and I definitely refer him for your automotive needs. 💯
Service was quick and price was very reasonable. Brought my car in for front axle work, picked up my car the same day. Way cheaper than dealer's quote. Will recommend to friends and families. Thank you.
Kim’s Auto service shop is a great place to bring your car for service which is situated at a convenient location on the Main Pleasant Hill Road. Since 2019, I am a regular customer of Kim’s Auto service shop. He is one of the most reliable, skilled individuals, providing services at affordable rates. He will not charge you for anything not required to be done, and even gives you some free services (to be honest you don’t have to ask for a free service because he himself mentions it to you).
The Address for Kim’s Auto service is very easy to locate. It is on the Main Pleasant Hill Road, and not on any narrow street passing through winding roads, or confusing routes, making your visit at least somewhat trouble free with your car, which is already giving you hard time. Also, there is plenty of space to park; it's wide enough even for SUVs, vans and big trucks. The location also has a tire air pressure facility, so in case you get that red sign on your screen, Mr. Mike has got you covered. The service shop is quite clean, and will not make you feel uncomfortable. They have an office right beside the service shop where they will take payments, and provide you the receipts with payment details of the service done to your car.
No appointments are required for the initial visit, if you have got small services to be done they will try to help you out right way to avoid any delays. The time commitment and fulfillment are also one of the major reasons I would recommend Kim’s service. He will give you the car on the time agreed at initial visit, and will also let you check if everything seems good after the service.
Services offered by them include, but are not limited to: battery and alternator service, engine and transformer maintenance, SRS light check and reset, heating and Ac fixture, routine tune ups, oil change, and tire air pressure. Prices are ideal and commendable. However, there are some services that are not available at the location e.g. car dent or the broken glass fixtures.
Mr. Mike also provides some free services, which includes tire air pressure and specific car inspections -- well who does that for free in United States of America, right? Let me tell you a secret about my own experience. One morning I was rushing to work, and suddenly my car rode up the pavement by some negligence. I was so worried, if my car was damaged from underneath. The same evening, I went to Mr. Mike to show him the car. He used the lift to pull the car up, and to check if everything was good underneath also he popped the hood up for a detailed evaluation. Fortunately, there was no damage to the car. I asked him about the charges, and he said,” no charges as I haven’t done anything.” Also, my father had a number of issues with his car from engine, transformer, heating, AC, and he got all these services done from them, and paid reasonable charges. Moreover, he is humble and trustworthy and even women who are new to car repairs can definitely visit for a quality and expert assistance.
With a number of pros, there are some hurdles that you might face working with Kim’s service, and that is language; it’s not a big of a problem, but somewhat important. Mr. Mike has an intermediate English competency (to speak or understand it), so you will have to struggle a little bit with explaining, or understanding the issues of the car.
Lastly, I would for sure recommend a visit to this auto service shop, not only to give Mr. Mike a favor but to give you a favor, because all the details mentioned above are not a word of a mouth but my own personal experience. Specials thanks to Mr. Mike who has always tried to provide us with his best service, and has made things easier for us.
Stopped by here today to get an alignment and had an extremely positive experience. Mr. Kim is honest, knowledgeable, experienced, and treated me with respect. He does not try to sell you on something your car doesn’t need, unlike many of the chain places around Gwinnett (NTW, Mavis). I left more knowledgeable about car maintenance and issues specific to my car. He just earned a loyal customer today. He told me he had 25 years of auto service experience. It really shows and I’m so grateful for his honesty, professionalism, and ethical dealings.
I was passing by Pleasant Hill road then the sign came up on my dashboard again. I knew what is the problem with my vehicle, but I've been ignoring for a while due to high cost of repair. But this time, I decided to stop by here then their service Surprised me. Cost was much reasonable than any other places, but another important thing was explaining the cause of damage, teaching me as showing the problem area. He clearly knows what he is doing and very smart and experienced guy I ever met. I definitely recommend him to anyone who has emission problem like mine.
