“I would rate him 10 out of 10. His responsiveness was great, the explanation of what would happen and how the process would happen was great! He continued to work directly with my insurance company, because Allstate denied me twice, and he mentioned they would be hard to get by, but he kept talking, taken pictures, filming the roof to provide proof of the damange. I haven't had any problems thus far from the replacement of my roof or the job performed. The only thing that I didn't like is the nails left behind, but I'm sure they picked up more than I did, after the work was done. The job was completed in one day. I do believe they recommended a more expensive roofing than I had before. But, it looked very nice on my house. Overall, I have no complaints. And we both know that I couldn't walk on the roof, before or after...so I had to trust what was being told to me from them as well as my insurance inspector.”

“We had a large hail storm come through our neighborhood. I spoke to my neighbor about the roof replacement process he was going through. They recommended Legacy and told us Mike had done all the heavy lifting with the insurance company and that they were getting a full roof replacement covered by their insurance company. I had Mike come take a look and he advised me to file a claim. From that point on Mike did everything. Next thing I know I’m getting money from the insurance company to replace my roof. Mike was also able to have them cover a few upgrades. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a roof replacement! Professional, punctual, and they get results! “This hotel is great. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The hot breakfast is outstanding, and they have coffee available 24/7, and it's good. A big plus is the hotel is pet friendly, because we always travel with our two small dogs. There's a good place to take them on potty walks on the side of the building, and exterior doors to go in and out, so you don't have to walk them through the lobby.”

His team did an excellent job, were about 10 minutes early than what they said they would be there, which I really appreciated. They worked all day and even though the sun was setting, they did a great job of cleaning everything up. They left the trash bin in our driveway that night, and I woke up the next morning it was gone. Awesome team, and I highly recommend this company.”
