He picked up when I called him, was able to ask useful questions to make sure the issue was what I thought it was, and was available to deal with the issue soon after. He came to the fix the issue when he said he would, showed me how to fix the issue myself for next time, and was gracious enough to look at a few other issues in my house and give advice with no additional charge. Definitely would recommend him for dealing with electrical issues. Fair warning, he is a chatty guy, so you might like that or not (I was fine with it!).”
