Always the best care, no waits, compassionate, knowledgeable, and personable! Simply the best!

I just want to start off by saying that I owe Dr. McCool and his staff a huge apology. A few weeks ago, I jumped the gun and proceeded to write a review before gathering all of the necessary information needed to make an intelligent, accurate evaluation of his services.

Since then, I have seen several dentists (not specialists) in my area. They all concurred that it is going to take a team of highly intelligent, specialized, experienced and very patient dental professionals to treat my dental issues.

I purchased my first set of upper dentures from Dr. McCool years ago and they felt and looked spectacular. Unfortunately, about a year later my upper gums began to rapidly recede (which was absolutely not Dr. McCool’s fault) and I had to purchase a second set. I want to emphasize the fact that Dr. McCool and his staff went out of their way to make sure my second set of dentures looked and felt as remarkable as the first.

I know now that Dr. McCool and his team of highly experienced, warm and kind individuals are not to blame for my initial review. I am ashamed to admit that it was my lack of knowledge that influenced my opinion. I hope the entire staff will forgive me for speaking prematurely.

Outstanding work! From the moment you walk in staff is welcoming; Wendy is so friendly & always smiling. Dr. McCool is very open to hearing what he can do for you and not just telling you what needs to be done. He wants you to be happy with the entire process and not just the end results. His assistant Vivian is very in tune with him and they're very upbeat yet professional making you feel at ease.

When working on my teeth Dr. McCool takes the time to do it right and I never felt like he was distracted or rushing to get to the next patient. Would absolutely recommend his office to anyone looking to be treated like a friend, with respect, and professionalism.

I was under Dr. McCool's care when I was in high school, but college and early career took me away from Atlanta. I never found an office or dentist like this one. When I moved back I returned to Dr. McCool. The fillings and sealants I have gotten here have served me well, and I highly recommend this office.

You know that feeling when you meet a Doctor and his staff – and instantly know you can put your confidence in them? The sentiment that makes you think “Wow, I wish all my previous dentists and staff were like this.” Well…visit just once and I promise you’ll feel the same way. Thank me later…
