“Come for the papusas, get gas while you're there! The woman who makes these to order is always in a great mood and ready to cook until she runs out of dough. You choose between beans, pork, or cheese filling encased in a mesa flour dough . They're griddled and served with a cabbage slaw. I like the spicy jalapeno slaw - it has fresh oregano and is ridiculously delicious.”
