I was there for my passport.I am so satisfied with them .Orlando did a great job.everyone is very nice and helpful
Visited the Library 📚 with my friend and planning to go again. Located at beautiful location and very convenient location . Drop of spot is special as we visited during rainy day and dropped the family front of the door without getting wet . Library is big enough for the location and very spacious. Also it includes walk for passport as we saw some people waiting for that facility too . Not big as is other location but it fulfills all the need for children 👧 .
Went on a Sunday to get my first time passport. I was there before the doors opened @12 noon, and first in line. Before even opening the doors a staff member came outside to make sure we had what we needed to complete the process. The staff inside was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. I was able to expedite my passport and get my picture taken (they give you an extra picture to keep in case you need it in the future). Overall this was a pleasant experience. Thank you. 06/26/22
Mountain Park is one of the older branches at GCPL, and I have been a patron for upwards of 30 years, throughout my childhood and now that of my children. The library serves its community well, the staff helpful and friendly. The building could use some expansion to bring in more modern library features, like media labs and whatnot, but they're admittedly in a crunch for space. Thank you to the GCPL staff for helping Gwinnett stay great!
Nice environment and good collection of books. If the computer times could be extended and the insistent time reminders could be eliminated it would make the experience much better. Most people come to the library to use the computers to eliminate distractions and focus on their project better.
