Most recently on a drinking water system for my home. The installations are very simple and the resulting water quality can’t be beat. What impresses me most though is their commitment to customer service. Whenever I had a question I received a response within hours. On my recent install I encountered an issue which turned out to be user error - I left a fast flush valve open for over a week and clogged my filters. During my troubleshooting I reached out numerous times for assistance. They never tired of my questions and stuck with me until everything was working perfectly.
