I love my Bella Thermal Workout Trainer. The quality is AMAZING! I LOVE that I could wear the waist trainer all day without discomfort. I'm 5' 11" and It's very hard for tall girls like me to find a waist-trainer that fits, but this is it! I know with my Bella Trainer my body will be summer-ready 😉.

I always try to support Black owned businesses and will admit that I sometimes hold them to a higher standard. The first time I ordered from LyBella, I was away on a girls trip so several of us placed orders. I received mine timely and it fit perfectly. My sister's took a bit longer to arrive and when she contacted customer service they apologized and immediately issued her a refund. She received her package the very next day. She called to tell them and they said not to worry and to let them know how she liked it. WOW, I was very impressed with the response and response time.

A wonderful experience. Customer service was impeccable and extremely professional. The agent I dealt with was thorough; answered all of many questions and soothed all my concerns about making a purchase. Starting my work out journey was daunting enough but their confidence and knowledge was exactly what I needed. Once I received my items I was so excited and satisfied with the quality of the trainer and the clothing sets. I even received a follow up to ensure I was pleased with my decision.
