With my poor vision, I am constantly challenging him to work outside the box, and he is willing to accommodate me in any way that he can. "Yes, Laura, sure we can try that." His staff is great, too, and they tend to stay with him for a while. Everyone is respectful to each other and the patients. Our family has been extremely happy with his care.
