I was provided with digital ecord of what was needed beyond the oil change so I could save it and shared with the boss who approved some and because it was listed so non car people would understand we waited on a few non critical things. Online invoice and payment was offered and used because why wouldn't you and the locked my keys inside so I could pick up after hours when it was good for me. 3 year or 36000 mile warranty, whichever comes last not 1st like most everywhere means more money on the bottom line! My personal vehicles are next on list.”
