“Hands down the best facility I've rented a unit from. I had my 5x10' unit for about two years and the site is always clean and well-maintained. I never saw a single bug or rodent in or around my unit. The units are constructed in a way that prevents any crawlies from moving between units. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. I had automatic payments set up and one month, after having to get a new debit card from my bank due to unrelated fraud, my payment didn't go through. The office called me and informed me that it was missing and let me pay immediately without repercussions. I had to close my unit out this month due to moving an hour away but I have definitely recommended this site to my friends and family still in Gwinnett. Thanks for the excellent experience!”

He has given us so much of his time and so much help, this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We got to stay on the lot for a few days in our new RV and I’m absolutely in love with this coach. It’s so beautiful and modern, it’s everything I wanted. “The best thing about the U-Haul Center in Snellville GA is associate Freddie S. I’ve been picking up moving supplies past week! Some orders I made online some items I bought in the store. Firstly, I drove 29 miles to that particular U-haul center because the U-haul independent locations in Roswell and Dunwoody weren’t up to par. I knew of the U-haul Center in Snellville so I went there. Secondly, I had several purchases and 2 returns for which I couldn’t find my receipts. Freddie was so patient with me on both occasions when I had returns and questions about previous online orders. I was tired and frustrated with moving and his compassion and professionalism made a frustrating situation so much better. Also, this U-haul Center has everything in stock for my moving needs. I recommend the U-Haul Center at Hewatt Rd and Stone Mountain Highway.”
