Please disregard all the negative comment above, she is one of the most friendly doctor I've met in my life and I believe, she is very knowledgeable and professional doctor. She explained my skin condition issues properly, timely. We should understand that her work is to take care of patient, and there are many of them in line waiting for their treatment. We should learn not to waste time of the medical core with unnecessary histories and comment, so they can focus in applying their competencies to solve our issues. Overexplaining does not help in any domain, once the doctor get your point, trust his/her work, and pray God to help you get better. From the initial inspection and looking at our insurance estimate, they had some key points to bring up with the insurance company so that we won't be surprised with charges that wouldn't be covered.
