“The owner is the master mechanic here. Below him is another master mechanic and an apprentice mechanic. I believe the owners wife works there as well. The languages spoken here include; English, Korean, and Spanish. For basic service, such as an oil change the service is fast, cheaper than the competitor, and detailed (unlike other places leaving oil stained finger prints and just being rude). I have my oil service done here. There was once a time when I went to another oil service only to get pestered with needless fees and annoying sales pitches. I will never go anywhere else again. I had my car fixed here several times. They can fix anything and if they can't they will still find ways to help! This place will not rip you off. Like others have said, "It is very hard to find a honest mechanic these days." The culture here represents honesty. It is a very easy going environment. It is a great small business, trust me!”

Many other reviewers had a number of positive things to say about their experience with her, so I was hopeful that I would have a pleasant experience as well. The Waxing Spot is conveniently located in the Sprouts shopping center. Upon entering, there is a small sitting area and a checkout counter. I arrived a few minutes early, and my appointment promptly started on time. Patricia made me feel so comfortable, (all things considering due to the nature of my wax!) She is extremely kind, gentle, and knowledgeable about her craft. It is obvious that she knows what she is doing and cares about the comfort and satisfaction of her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a new Brazilian wax technician. “Despite being from Europe, my kids had a great experience here. Yes, there are problems with the curriculum, class sizes etc etc (like everywhere) but until we have an Educational Revolution this is pretty OK. You get one star off because when I asked if there was a place to store my kids bike, since we live close enough to cycle to school, I was stared at as if I had skinned a squirrel right in front them. Of course i know bicycling in Atlanta is akin to wanting an early, and gruesome death, but Viva Bicycles! Viva bicycle lanes!”

“Gabrielle Arndt did an absolutely amazing job on my hair! I was looking for some nice fall colors and came to her with an idea that she executed perfectly! My hair already had some old color in it, and she was very knowledgeable of the exact colors needed to mix together to achieve my desired look. She made sure I knew what shampoos and conditioners I could use to use to protect my color longer, which isn’t something every stylist will tell you anymore. She was very kind and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel stupid asking her any questions. I loved the job she did on my hair so much, I brought my daughter to her a month later. We will definitely be repeat customers!”

The salon owner was very accommodating to me, and the services she provided were personalized to my liking. The hair colorist (summer) worked very quickly, and my hair came out incredibly beautiful.
